To the Editor:
On April 8 a deer was hit on Pearl Street. Now you say it’s just an animal, I have observed the deer herds for two years, they are smart, curious and non-aggressive animals, contrary to what hunters say.
Now I know accidents happen but when I see people going down Pearl, speeding, texting, and talking on their cell phone, you are not taking responsibility for your driving. Last week I saw a blue van passing two cars on double yellow lines.
