Shirley L. Mitchell, age 78, of Bowling Green, OH, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on November 25, 1935 in Whipple, OH to John and Vera (Haas) Dye.
In 1953 she graduated from Cambridge High School.
On June 14, 1958 she married James Mitchell in Columbus, OH and he survives.
Shirley was a wonderful homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and a special friend to all who knew her.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 55 years: James, daughter: Kimberly Snyder of Perrysburg, sons: Kevin (Karin) Mitchell of Troy, OH, Timothy (Cassidy) Mitchell of Colorado Springs, CO, grandchildren: Grant (Esther), Aaron, Katie, Garrett, Kristin, Adam and brother: Forrest (Juanita) Dye of Beavercreek, OH.
