Admitting a sex addiction, a Pemberville man accused of watching women in tanning booths in three area cities pleaded no contest to voyeurism in Bowling Green Municipal Court Wednesday afternoon.
Casey T. Miller, 26, who was already convicted of voyeurism this month in Fremont, appeared before Municipal Court Judge Mark Reddin.
Miller was arrested on May 28 by Bowling Green Police and charged with three counts of voyeurism for allegedly placing his cell phone on the top of a tanning bed to view those using it.
In addressing the court, Miller said that he was "extremely remorseful" and noted "collateral consequences" to his actions as the result of his behavior, including the termination of employment and the loss of relationships.
"Throughout all this I've realized I have an addiction to sex," he said. He is attending Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings currently.
