Betty Meagley, born 7/11/1938, passed away 7/30/2013 at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL, with her daughters at her side. Betty was born in Tontogany to Lawrence and Marie (Michaelis) Smith. On September 27, 1958, she married Ross A Meagley and he preceded her in death on 3/23/2005.
Surviving are daughters, Vicky (Joe) Wohn, Dunbridge, OH, and Beth (Matt) Wulff, Custar, OH. Betty has three grandchildren, Danielle Wohn, Dunbridge, OH, Mike (Heather) Wulff, Dunbridge, OH, and Brittany Wulff, Houston, TX, and four great-grandchildren, Madisyn, Easton, Claire, and Colin. She is survived by three special nieces, Kim (Jim) Head, Shelly (Bill) Harsha, and Jodi (Scott) Heimrich, and two sisters-in-law, Kay Barton and Nelda Smith. She is also survived by her FL family, Beanie and Connie Lucas, Ellen Childers, Gerry Steiner, Alice Streit, and Barb Bauer.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, and siblings, Ruby Vollmar, Harold (Bus) Smith, Robert Smith, and Bernard Smith.
