A Pemberville resident accused of voyeurism in Bowling Green - and facing similar charges in Findlay and Fremont - appeared in Bowling Green Municipal Court for a pretrial hearing Wednesday.
The case of Casey T. Miller, 26, has been continued for another hearing on Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m.
Miller, who is also listed at a Gibsonburg address, was arrested May 28 by Bowling Green Police and charged with three counts of voyeurism for allegedly placing his cellular phone on the top of a tanning bed to view those using it.
Miller additionally pleaded not guilty in Findlay Municipal Court to 12 counts of voyeurism in a similar incident occurring in that city. The case was filed against him on those charges on July 8.
An Aug. 8 jury trial is set for another count of voyeurism against Miller in an incident taking place in Fremont.
