Three people were injured - one seriously - in two separate accidents occurring in Wood County Tuesday.
At 8 a.m. on Luckey Road, Gordon Watkins, Northville, Mich., was stopped southbound at the intersection with U.S. 20, when he failed to yield the right of way and entered the intersection.
Watkins pulled into the path of Eqmont Shllaku, Rossford, who was eastbound on Route 20. Shllaku struck Watkins's vehicle on the passenger side.
Shllaku reported possible injuries and was taken to Bay Park Community Hospital, Oregon, by Troy Township EMS. His passenger, Kristine Jenne, Rossford, sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was also taken to the hospital by Troy Township.
Watkins and his passenger were not injured.
