Family Service of Northwest Ohio has received its Health Home certification from Ohio Department of Mental Health to provide integrated mental and physical health care to clients.
A product of the recent health care reform initiative, the Health Home is responsible for the coordination of physical and behavioral health care for individuals with serious and persistent mental health conditions.
Family Service of Northwest Ohio is located in Toledo, but it includes a service location, the Family Service Counseling Center of Wood County, at 1084 S. Main St. in Bowling Green.
