Sarah A. Leady, 28, of Portage, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. Sarah was born in Toledo, Ohio, to Victor and Linda (Huston) Leady.
Sarah is also survived by her grandparents, Victor and Delaine Leady of Grand Rapids and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Leady in 2011.
Sarah was 2007 graduate of Wood Lane School and was an outgoing and loving individual. She enjoyed singing, dancing and being a jokester. In her spare time, Sarah loved going on walks in the park and taking boat rides on Lake Erie. She also enjoyed shopping, going to movies and painting and doing crafts.
