Andrew Philip Hart passed away April 25, 2013 at his home.Andy is survived by his parents Philip and Donna Hart; daughter, Abigail and her mother, Christine Jilek Hart; brother, David Hart; and niece, Ella Hart.
Andy loved his daughter above anything else; she brought sunshine and smiles to him.
Andy loved challenges, to learn new things, and to find out how things worked, often by taking them apart. He was an artisan and scholar.
For the past 10 years, Andy worked as a Public Defender in Wood County and as a Federal Public Defender in the Northern Ohio Federal Courts. Andy believed in the legal system and worked tirelessly to assure people received due process.
Friends are invited to a memorial service honoring Andy on Wednesday, May 8, from 4 to 7 p.m. It will be held at Oak Openings Lodge, 5240 Wilkins Rd., Whitehouse, OH 43571.
