Ryan Miller, 26, of Port Clinton, will join his brother, Cody Miller, in the custody of the Ohio Department of Corrections for his role in their burglary of a Bowling Green convenience store and gas station.
Judge Robert Pollex ordered a four-year prison sentence for Ryan Miller on Tuesday morning, concurring with the agreed upon sentence set forth by the attorneys.
The defendant pleaded guilty to an aggravated robbery charge in February, a first-degree felony. He could have been ordered to serve up to 11 years.
The brothers were involved in a December 2011 robbery of the Gas Express on South Main Street.
A false 911 call was made prior to the robbery to divert police away from the scene.
The younger Cody Miller last year was ordered to four years for this incident and an additional three years in a separate case.
