Citations March 30:

Driving under suspension: Danielle C. Pirrwitz, Swanton; Alayzia D. Ponder, BG.
No motorcycle safety equipment, speed: Austin K. Downs, Weston.
Improper passing on the left: Carissa N. Fala, BG.
Turn signal, no motorcycle endorsement: Jeron K. Stokes-Montgomery, BG.

At a 2:38 a.m. traffic stop, Bryan Salazar, Toledo, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired, prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.160) and marked lanes.
Taiyisha S. Forward, Toledo, was cited at 2:56 a.m. for operating a vehicle while impaired/refusal after employees at a city eatery reported a drunk customer at the drive-through.
Shawn P. Evans, 25, of Columbus, was cited for expired registration and was arrested on a Marion County Sheriff's Office warrant. He posted bond and was released.

At 12:25 a.m. in the 100 block of North Prospect Street, Nikki R. Navarro and Chase Utz, both of Fostoria, were both cited for open container and underage possession of alcohol. Two other males, over the age of 21, were given civil citations for open container.
Barrett C. Trail, 22, of Toledo, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. for two counts driving under suspension, plus unauthorized plates, open container of a motor vehicle, and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He was taken to jail, no bond.

Accident occurred:
March 31
•    at 8:30 p.m. at North Grove and Wolfy Avenue. Douglas E. Doster, BG, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control after he struck a parked vehicle.

Citations April 1:
Traffic control device: Derik M. Tello, Rossford.
Drug abuse/marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia: Cody B. Pump, BG.

Rachel N. Foster, 25, of BG, was arrested for falsification and criminal mischief/property, and was taken to jail.
Derek L. Shepherd, 22, of BG, was arrested for criminal mischief/property and disorderly conduct/taunting. He was taken to jail.

Accidents occurred:
April 1
•    at 1:17 p.m. at 1121 S. Main St. when Kaleb K.T. O'Brien, BG, was cited for failure to maintain control after he reportedly drove into a building.
•    at 2:35 p.m.. at 318 S. Prospect St. when Stephen J. Loar, BG, struck a telephone pole. He was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.

Citations April 2:
No seat belt: Theodore Wright-Harris, BG; Joseph R. Hagemyer, North Baltimore.
One brake light: Wesley Strieter, BG.
Traffic control device: Taylor L. Tolles, BG.

WalMart reported the theft of $800 in pre-paid cell phones. There are no suspects but the investigation continues.

Accidents occurred:
April 2
•    at 1:15 p.m. at East Wooster and South Main streets. Terry L. Russell Jr., of Swanton, was cited for marked lanes after his semi-trailer struck a pole.
•    at 3:49 p.m. at South Summit and Lehman Avenue. Chuanyin Zou, BG, was cited for right of way at an intersection. The second vehicle was operated by Jennifer L. Smelser, BG.

Citations April 3:
One headlight: Julianne R. Williams, Perrysburg.
No seat belt: Jarret t. Laberdee, of Oregon; Brett A. Deutschman, BG; Lindsay R. Ames, BG.
Driving under suspension, speed: Hannah P. Bauman, Fostoria.

Brian O. Coleman, 19, and Tyler A. Tonelli, 20, both of BG, were arrested at 3 a.m. at Taco Bell for underage/under the influence. Both were taken to jail.
Accidents occurred:
April 3
•    at 5:14 p.m. at 1062 N. Main St. when Autumn R. Thurman, BG, struck a parked vehicle. Thurman was cited for reasonable control and failure to exchange information.
•    at 5:51 p.m. at Thurstin Avenue and East Merry. Ying Bei Wang, BG, was cited for right of way at a stop sign in the incident that also involved a vehicle operated by Kaitlyn Whitmore, BG.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
March 1 incidents:
On April 1, a domestic violence incident was reported in Rudolph after a man reportedly struck his girlfriend and then chased the woman's friend.
A field fire was reported in the 7000 block of Custar Road, Custar.
In the 100 block of North Center Street, Wayne, a breaking and entering incident was reported at a restaurant on April 2.

March 2 incidents:
An identity theft incident was reported in rural BG.
An unknown individual reportedly took, then returned, a trailer in the 300 block of East Bryant Avenue, Wayne.
Damage to a mailbox was reported at a business in the 100 block of North Bierley Avenue, Pemberville.
A prowler was reported on a property in the 1000 block of Turley Road, Bloomdale.

April 3 citations:
OVI, turn signal - Brian Bastedo, Lethbridge, Alberta, Can.
