A traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. on North Prospect Street resulted in the driver and passenger both being arrested. Troy T. Waggoner, Toledo, received a traffic warning, and was arrested on a sheriff's office warrant and was taken to jail. Gary M. Coken, also of Toledo, was arrested on a warrant through Northwood Police and also was taken to jail.
