A Bowling Green man is listed in serious condition Monday afternoon after being stabbed during a fight Saturday.
Rory Sheeks, 23, is out of ICU at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
According to city police, Sheeks was in an altercation in the parking lot of Taco Bell around 2 a.m.
Unconfirmed reports indicate Sheeks was trying to break up the fight.
Carl M. Braden, 21, of Walbridge, has been arrested and charged with felonious assault. He allegedly stabbed Sheeks once in the abdomen and multiple times in the back before fleeing the scene on foot.
Braden spent the weekend in jail, and had a video arraignment this morning. Bond was set at $25,000, 100 percent due. A bail bonds company posted bond.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 8 at 9 a.m.
In addition to Braden’s arrest, Kelly A. Buser, of Bowling Green, was cited for disorderly conduct/fighting.
