The event, co-sponsored by the Northwest Ohio Conservative Coalition and the Northern Wood County Republican Club, will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 10621 Fremont Pike.
Candidates C. Drew Griffith, Molly Mack and Aram Ohanian will present information and answer voters’ questions.
The trio will be on the May 7 primary ballot for the position. The winner will then move on to the November general election.
This is the first time in 20 years that the seat, currently occupied by the retiring Judge Dwight Osterud, has come open.
The event will be moderated by Wood County Republican Party Chair Matt Reger.
“We are excited to give citizens the chance to find out what each of these candidates would bring to the bench and help voters decide who would be best qualified,” said John McAvoy of the NWOCC.
