Falcon returned
A stuffed peregrine falcon has been returned to its Bowling Green State University display case.
The falcon was reported missing last Wednesday, but university officials thought it could have been removed from its case in the Life Sciences building as long ago as Nov. 8.
The stuffed bird was returned to the hallway near the case Saturday morning.
University spokesman David Kielmeyer said now that the bird has been returned no further action will be taken,
“We have our bird back, we’re happy,” he said.
The falcon dates back to the early days of the university and is believed to be from the collection of Dr. Edwin Moseley.
