They were married Sept. 28, 1963 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Bowling Green. He is a Cygnet native; she is from Bowling Green.
The couple has three children, Matt (Tana) Mathias, Sue Valentine and Cari (Mike) Jennings. They also have seven grandchildren, Danny, Brittany, Amanda, Tori, Jake, Zak and Dylan.
