Man charged after overdose
One man has been charged after a reported heroin overdose at his residence on Tuesday.
Bowling Green Police report that they were called to the 400 block of South Maple Street at 4:10 p.m. after a family member found John Rae, 37, unconscious in a bathroom. Evidence of heroin usage was found with him.
Rae was taken to Wood County Hospital by Bowling Green Fire/EMS, where he was treated.
He was subsequently arrested on a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments and taken to jail.
