Two people were taken to Wood County Hospital following crashes handled by the Wood County Sheriff's Office this weekend.
On Friday at 5:20 p.m., Trisha Getz, Bowling Green, was eastbound on Portage Road, east of Liberty Hi Road, when she drove off the roadway and struck a ditch bank.
Getz reported possible injuries and was taken to the hospital by Weston EMS.
She was cited for failure to maintain control.
On Sunday at 1:35 a.m., Andrea Liszak, Swanton, was westbound on Sugar Ridge Road, just south of Busdecker Road, when he went off the left side of the road, striking a fence and trees before rolling over in a field.
