The Wood Soil and Water Conservation District will be holding a "Conservation ATV Tour" on Sept. 14.
The event will be held rain or shine and all participants must be at least 18 years old.
Advance registration is needed by Friday. Signed waivers are also required.
Organizers say the tour will showcase the steps crop and livestock producers are taking to prevent algae blooms in Lake Erie and also highlight areas of concern in the county.
Stops on the tour will include the Wood County Landfill wind farm, Naomi Dairy, the OARDC Northwest Ag Research Station, Deshler Farmers Elevator Agronomy Center and Beaver Creek Preserve.
