BSAF volunteer victim of hit and run

Bowling Green Police are looking for a suspect in a Tuesday hit-and-run accident that sent one woman to the hospital while she was preparing for the Black Swamp Arts Festival.
Maj. Tony Hetrick of the Bowling Green Police Division reports that at 6:04 p.m. Brenda Baker, Bowling Green, was crossing eastbound at the crosswalk of South Main Street and Clough Street when a dark gray, four-door pickup truck turned southbound onto South Main from Clough.
The vehicle struck Baker, who was in the middle of the crosswalk and had the right of way.
A woman in the truck reportedly stopped and asked if Baker was all right before fleeing the scene of the crash down Washington Street.
