Kingston, in his second month at BG, must fire assistant football coach Bill Durkin.
The coach of the offensive line was placed on leave last week after two recent incidents. The university is investigating the incidents and a decision on Durkin's status has not been made.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Durkin was arrested Aug. 24 at 2:54 a.m. for operating a vehicle under the influence and a marked lanes violation.
