Marilyn J. Palmer, 79, of Bowling Green, Ohio, formerly of Napoleon, passed away peacefully at her son's residence in Bowling Green, Ohio on August 25, 2013.
She was born in Henry County on February 14, 1934 to the late Alfred and Laura (Bauman) Babcock. On June 21, 1954 she married Lawrence Palmer, who preceded her in death on December 4, 2001.
Marilyn was a homemaker and a part time LPN for Dr. Flora for 10 years. She also enjoyed helping on the family farm.
She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Napoleon.
She is survived by her children: Deborah Palmer-Anderson of Ashville, N.C., Julie (Steve) Saputo of Napoleon, OH, Jeffrey (Heidi) Palmer of Bowling Green, OH; grandchildren: Eric Anderson, Brittnay (Brian) Anderson-Hicks, Simon Robson, Lauren Saputo, Lexi Palmer, Maddie Palmer; a great-granddaughter: Brinley Hicks; brother: Earl (Sally) Babcock of Napoleon, OH; and sister: Norma (Herb) Hoover of Bowling Green, OH.
