Five people were indicted recently by a Wood County grand jury for drug trafficking offenses.
They were among a total of 16 indictments handed down.
Ira Turner Jr., 57, Fostoria, and Antwan Huggins, 30, Toledo, were each indicted on charges of trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin following a July 3 incident on Libbey Road in Lake Township.
More than 36 grams of the drug were found in their vehicle following a traffic stop.
Joseph Darrah, 29, Felton, Penn., was indicted on charges of trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana after a July 20 incident involving in excess of 5,000 grams, but less than 20,000 grams, of the substance.
