James E. Long, age 66, of Liberty Center, OH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2013.
He retired from Campbell's Soup, Napoleon. in 2003, and later owned and operated Long's Catering with his wife, Terry, for four years.
He was a member of the S.A.L. of the Delta American Legion Post # 373 for the past 2 years and helped cater all of their events.
Born on May 7, 1947 in Weston, OH to Clair and Lillian Long, he was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Chuck Long.
He married Terry Zinn on July 15, 2000. He is survived by his wife: Terry Long of Liberty Center; daughters: Sandra (Steve) Davis, Christine Hanson; sons: James (Kara) Long Jr., Jason Long; six grandchildren; brothers: Robert (Evelyn) Long, Paul (Connie) Long, all of Napoleon; stepson: Thomas Zinn of Toledo; stepdaughter: Traci Zinn (Eric) Schultz, of Defiance and three stepgrandchildren.
