A Bowling Green woman has been cited following a traffic accident involving a vehicle and a bicycle Saturday on North Maple Street at Conneaut Avenue.
Carol Lashuay was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a collision with14-year-old Austin Payne, BG, who was bicycling. He was taken by BG EMS with non-incapacitating injuries to Wood County Hospital.
Monday night during the Bowling Green City Council meeting a South Main Street resident told council he was concerned about crosswalks on South Main Street and said he had heard about a serious accident involving a youngster on South Main over the weekend. Justin Marx told council that he and his son have waited many minutes to cross Main Street.
