The two-year agreement is effective July 1 and run through June 30, 2015, and includes 1.5 percent pay increases each year.
Jennifer Hedrick, treasurer, reported to the board at its Monday meeting that "negotiations went very, very well."
She told the board that the employees agreed to similar concessions and contract changes as the teachers.
Among those concessions were an Increase in member contribution toward medical insurance and decreased coverage levels unless employee successfully participates in a wellness program. That wellness program was also established to reward employees for participation.
