Air National Guard Airman Kathryn M. Dobbs has been newly assigned to the 180th Fighter Wing, at Swanton as a Reserve Component member. Dobbs is the daughter of Elizabeth and Timothy Cope of East Second Street, Perrysburg. She graduated in 2011 from Perrysburg High School.
