REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio (AP) — A Legionnaires' outbreak at a retirement community in central Ohio has now claimed five lives.

Meanwhile, investigators are looking for the source of a separate Legionnaires' outbreak in western Ohio that has killed one and sickened a co-worker.

State health officials on Tuesday confirmed the latest death from the outbreak that has killed five and sickened 30 others at the retirement community in Reynoldsburg just outside Columbus.

Investigators said last week that they have pinpointed the cause to bacteria in the water system at the Wesley Ridge Retirement Community.

Tests are ongoing to find out what caused the death and illness of two people who worked at an auto parts plant in the western Ohio town of St. Marys.

Health officials say the plant already is treating potential bacteria sources.
