NORTHWOOD - A city woman was arrested Monday and is facing burglary charges after twice entering the same residence.
Northwood Police were called to a home in the 300 block of Farnstead Street just after 2:45 p.m. Friday on the report of an attempted burglary.
The suspect, Cathi Hill, 41, Northwood, had reportedly fled the scene while police were en route.
A resident said he had witnessed Hill, with whom he had a prior association, attempt to enter his home. He confronted Hill who, according to the police report said "that she was just diagnosed with terminal cancer."
