Admitted embezzler Kiki Lorann will serve more than three years in prison as a result of taking more than $110,000 from parent and youth organizations in Perrysburg.
Lorann was sentenced in the courtroom of Wood County Court of Common Pleas Judge Robert C. Pollex Tuesday.
“It may take them years to recover the organizations,” said Assistant Wood County Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Matuszak prior to sentencing.
Lorann, 37, now of Tiffin, pleaded guilty in May to charges that she embezzled from six different youth and parents organizations. There were two cases against Lorann, amounting to four counts of fourth-degree grand theft, and three counts of fifth-degree theft.
