The Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps announces the 18th annual Glassmen All-Star Review drum and bugle corps festival in Northwest Ohio.
The competition event will take place on Sunday at 7 p.m. at BGSU's Doyt Perry Stadium.
The drum a bugle corps program is a music education experience for the very best performers at the high school and college level with a two month summer premier competition schedule. The All-Star Review will feature 10 world-class drum corps from around the United States. The event is sponsored by Toledo's Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps.
Among the corps that will perform are Phantom Regiment, Rockford, Ill.; The Cavaliers, Rosemont, Ill.; Boston Crusaders, from Boston, Mass.; The Crossmen, San Antonio, Texas; and The Cadets, Allentown, Penn.
Tickets for the event range from $16 to $50, and are on sale online through the Glassmen website www.glassmen.org. Group sales can be purchased at Rettig Music in Toledo or by calling (419) 867-3888. The stadium box office will open at noon on the day of the show.
