Kevin E. Wynn Jr., Defiance, was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.052) and headlights required at night. He was cited for blood alcohol content since he is under the age of 21.
Marc D. Moyer, 24, of BG, was transported to the hospital at 3:35 a.m. from East Merry Street due to his level of intoxication. A friend reported that Moyer had used his credit card without permission. Moyer was arrested for receiving stolen property, a felony, and was taken to jail after he was released from the hospital. No bond.
A 24-year-old Toledo man was charged with domestic violence and criminal trespass after an incident on Clough Street. A BOLO was sent at 3:31 p.m. to all points in Northwest Ohio.

• at 11:51 p.m. at Sand Ridge Road and Ontario Street when John W. Youngpeter, BG, struck a "school ahead" sign. He was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired/refusal, state OVI, and failure to maintain reasonable control.
