Familiar Face: Day Jung

Won Yong Jung (Day Jung) is owner of Uraku Sushi and Ginza Bar and Sushi. He has been serving sushi and other dishes across the counter to customers for 10 years. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jung went to college for civil engineering and worked forCarrefour in Seoul for 10 years before immigrating to the United States, where he started a restaurant business with his brother.
