The award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey that is sent to residents' family members. Briar Hill Health Campus received recognition for their customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming and appearance/cleanliness.
"We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition," said Gaye Boggs, director of health services. "We value the fact that our customers have given us their stamp of approval. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to lead such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals."
