A 19-year-old Bowling Green man was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on May 15 with three felony offenses related to child pornography.
Christian Thomas Provencio was charged with two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, and a third count of attempted similar illegal use of a minor.
The first count alleges Provencio photographed a minor child on or about Dec. 10, 2012. The second count involves his possession or viewing material or performance of a minor on the same date. The attempted charge alleges the defendant attempted to photograph a minor on or about Jan. 5.
