LUCKEY - Fifteen members were present at the May 1 meeting, led by President Rosemarie Heilman. Chaplain Irene Michel offered prayer. Marsha Nelson played the piano
for singing of The Star Spangled Banner.
All committee chairmen stated their reports have been mailed to Department.
Shirley Davis, membership chairman, reported 134 members have paid their dues. Membership goal is161.
Swanton will host the Summer District Convention on June 8. Reservations are due by May 19. Department of Ohio T-shirts are available and should be worn to the district and department conventions.
Davis requested help to place poppies on the graves of veterans at the cemeteries for the Memorial Day weekend.
