LIME CITY – Two men were arrested at a Perrysburg Township business on felony theft and other charges last week.
Township Police report they were called to the business, in the 10000 block of Fremont Pike, just after 4:30 p.m. on April 21 on the report of a theft involving two suspects. The pair had left the store and walked in different directions.
The two, identified as David Cence, 40, Saylorsburg, Penn., and Robert Oliva, 28, Staten Island, N.Y., were later apprehended near the business. Cence was charged with felony theft, obstructing of justice, and complicity to theft. Oliva was charged with felony theft, and obstruction of justice.
Cence remains incarcerated at the Wood County jail on $50,000 bond. Oliva was not listed as an inmate there this morning.
Both men are set to appear in Perrysburg Municipal Court Tuesday for preliminary hearings.
