Orr is concentrating on getting the Falcons ready, rather than the fact he is in the final year of his contract. In his first six years with the Falcons, Orr is 89-101 overall and 48-48 in the Mid-American Conference.
''It's my job to be a good steward of the opportunity that I have; that doesn't change,'' Orr said.
''Whatever coaching I do or changes I make will be for the betterment of the team .. I owe it to these guys, our guys.''
There were four seniors from the 2012-13 team, 13-19 overall and 7-9 in the Mid-American Conference, who will not return including leading scorers A'uston Calhoun (15.1 points per game) and Jordon Crawford (15 ppg).
Last season, Calhoun and Crawford combined to take 871 of BG's 1,795 shots from the field (48.5 percent).
Orr is not looking for one or two players to fill the scoring void, but is hoping to distribute the shot attempts and spread the wealth.
